What we do!!

Firstly Thank you to everyone for all the support and messages.

I am beyond grateful for each and everyone of you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I wanted to give a breakdown of what it is I actually do.

I have been blessed to have a very long career in the fitness industry (average life span of a PT is 6 months)

So with that comes the ability to work with such a diverse range of people and goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get strong, improve your mental health, get better at your chosen sports, or just get into the gym and start learning I have a range of skills to help.

In this digital age I have to ability to help you from literally anywhere.

How it works??

You choose the service you feel you need help in most.

Could be nutrition, could be training or it could be both.

Then we book an initial appointment and discuss your goals and challenges.

After this I then write up a plan based on the information you provide.

Example, you may want to be able to have chocolate every week. Regardless thatโ€™s your non negotiable. I then show you how to fit that into your lifestyle and still hit your goals.

Or you want to be the strongest MF in the gym, I then write you a training plan to get you there.

After that you decide how often you need to check in with me. It can be weekly or monthly.

Most do weekly as this keeps you highly accountable to yourself and to me.

We make adjustments based on whatโ€™s worked and whatโ€™s not and go from there.

Pretty simple stuff.

In an industry that is flooded with so much misinformation and bullshit, itโ€™s about time you had a place to go that gives you the truth.
